Experiences of those I know, and those I care about.
I can only sit here and ponder, wondering whose life is worse.
I brush off the idea with the thought that this is reality. Like it or not.
Creed plays on my speaker and it eases my mind, despite it being hard sound.
I want to say that I wish I could do something, but to no avail.
If they allow me to talk to them, they soon find out I just want to help.
They reject my assistance, wanting to stay angry or saddened.
These are the human beings that know each other.
These are the human beings that kill each other.
These are the human beings that love each other.
If only they could read between the lines, and fight the kill with the know and love.
To all those who are having a horrible life right now, I'm sorry.
But there is hope, whether you choose to acknowledge it or ignore it. -

I just found out that my girlfriend's best friend was just killed in a gang war...
