rented Angel Sanctuary from Block Buster and it was........ interesting.......
i cant say i didnt like it, cuz it was very kewl, i just thought it was kinnda weird relation-ship wise, heehee......pretty good tho'
i also rented Samurai X......again.....^_^. i just like it the more i see it, lol. i think ill rent it, then my dad will watch it out of plain curiosity, and ill get a chance to show off my knowledge of Japanese history, showing him that anime is not totally worthless, as he thinks it is.....-_-.
oooh! i think i convinced my mom to buy me a few Graphic Novels! the ones at the bookstore here are like $2 cheaper, and we have a discount card! ^_^! so THATS really kool.

Bro's Not-Quite-Birthday Party

my bro's party was fun.....well OK, he didnt have a party....but he liked his presents. i got him Yu Yu Hakusho for GB Advanced, then he got the Sim, the Sims Busting Out, and Return Of The King all for his PS2, some kinnda frisbee, a globe, and a motor scooter! it was so much fun!! my bro let me ride it a lot, ^_^! ((i know....im so immmature, lol))
my parents said we'll be able to go to the beach one day this week, and i cant WAIT! i love the ocean! 1 problems tho': i cant find my flip- flops and my parents said i cant get my hair cut short until a check from Wausau comes, and that might not come this week, -_-..... normally it wouldnt be a big deal, but i really hate my long hair when its wet, so i was hoping to get it cut before we go to the beach, and that might not happening. depending on whether the check comes tomorrow and if we're goin to the beach tomorrow or Thurs.
think im gonna go tan while playin YYH ((its fun!))

ok, im really really sorry about not writing anything for like a week, but i have a good exscuse! really! ive been SUPER busy, and the only way i can tell it all to you is a long replay. ((its not that long, i promise!)) please dont abandon me.....^_^.....?
i dunno if i told you, but i decided to sign up for this contest called German Day at the University of Madison, and you can basically choose one of like 6 different things. things like, drawing a poster, doing a skit, a spelling bee, poetry .....stuff like that. anyways, i chose to draw a german poster, and my idea was to have the logo, which is Deutsch offnet Turen ((German Opens Doors)) up on the top next to 2 pretty flowers, and on the bottom would be traditional german boy ((who ended up lookin a lot like Momiji from Fruits Basket)) standing next to an open door, then in the door would be a famous German castle ((i forgot the name)) so i spent almost every waking hour saturday, sunday, monday, and tuesday to FINALLY finish it. now all i had to do was pray that my fellow German students would vote for it over the other posters. well, I WON!! ((yay! ^_^)) my poster was chosen to represent our school at German Day! on thursday, i had to wake up at 5:20 and be at the school at 5:45 to spend about 2 and a half hours on a stinkin bus to go to Madison. it was kinnda fun.... a lotta people ditched to go shopping in Madison, but i stayed there...alone...-_-. im supposed to find ou if my poster won tomorrow, but since im here in SC, my german teacher wont be able to tell me until i get back.
thats right!!! we left WI at 2:30, took a plane to Chicago ((where it was raining....ugh)) then arrived in SC around 9:45 ((time change thingy.....)) i was SO HAPPY to be able to see my mom and lil bro and lil sis!!!! ^_^^_^_^_^^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^!!!!!!!!! lol......i decided not to hook up with my friends until i get a haircut, i want to totally suprise them!!
ooh, remember Tim? my only friend next to Sean and Brandon? well, he asked me out on Wednesday! i had to think it over for a bit, but then i decided to go out with him. he's super sweet and my sis says we look so cute together. ooh, and he's also into ANIME! i mean, how lucky can i get?! ^_^. so yah, my life is goin GREAT!! i wannna make a sandwich for myself, though, so CIAO!!

im better now. i got my report card yesterday, and i had either an A or a high B for all of my classes, ^_^!! i kinnda-sorta-really-ok-i-broadcasted-it to my dad that he should reward my good efforts with satellite TV. he said maybe, and i wouldve commenced to begging, but i had to leave for skool, -_-. i mentioned it again when i got home b4 Sean came over though, so i think he got the message, ^_^.
other than that, it was a pretty uneventful day. i finished a really big drawing i was working on in Drawing ((which im happy i finally got over with cuz it was a pain in the butt!)) oh yeah! i also finished watching Cowboy Bebop the Movie last night. it was REALLY good!!! im gonna buy it whenever i get the money.
i dunno if i mentioned this in my last Journal Entry, but me and my sis have to spend from noon-midnight babysitting a really big dog for $30 each. well, since its a big house, their bound to have cable right? ((just say yes to make me happy)) if we dont get satellite by then, i can just watch Yu Yu Hakusho at their house! ((of course i wont be able to tape it for my lil bro......but oh well.)) ooh im soo mad at Toonami! they might be putting YYH back on the air, but they skipped a few episodes!! including the one where Genkai dies! -_- i really hate Toonami.
ive been drawing a Fruits Basket pic for my lil sis, right? but lately ive been so busy, i havent had to time to finish it. i still have to outline it in a darker pencil, then shade all of it. but-! i figure i can take my drawing pad and stuff with me over to the rich people's house whom we're pet-sitting for! i can take my backpack or something. if im lucky, ill be able to take my poster and work on my German Day poster, but we can only hope, ^_^.
ive been reading X/1999 right? ((they're soooooo cool!!!)) and i was randomly browsing an anime DVD site right, and it turns out that they have X/1999 DVD's out!!! i only found them in Japanese.... but im looking into other sites for English one's if they're out, ^_^

im just so tired of having my hopes destroyed at every corner!! ok, my dad had to work all dad yesterday right? so i was expecting him to be home today when i got home from lunch, cuz every day he has to work all day, he gets the next day off. but he wasnt there when i got home. ok...no big deal..... the big deal is that he was to work all day tomorrow to, but the ((exscuse me here)) fucking cable company ((which was supposed to come in tomorrow)) wont come in unless he's home!! and when he called them, they said they couldnt do it until Friday the 23!!!! -bangs head on table- im currently at the state of BEGGING my dad to get satellite so i wont miss Yu Yu Hakusho this Saturday, but i dont think its working, ;_;.
im so frickin disappointed im about to cry, but then i remember, 'oh yeah, Sean's comin over today' and right now you like "who the hell....?" ((its pronounced Shawn)) ok, yesterday after we went to the library, my sis and i walked to the video store, where i prayed they would have the Cowboy Bebop movie, which ive been waiting for for almost a week. they do have, yay. so my sis got Brother Bear, and while we were walking around just in case we missed anything this really HOT guy says hey to her! and she does the usual "who are you?" and it turns out he rides her bus. i just mentally checked off another guy meant for zoe on my lil 'list' that i liked, you know, not a big deal cuz thats happened lotsa times. but he kept hangin around us, and it turns out he's REALLY funny and stuff. we kept looking over our shoulders for him after we left, cuz we only live across a playground from the video store, but we dont see him.
well, i started to watch my movie, trying to forget about him, but half an hour later, my sis was like, "hey come here!" and when i got over there, she was hangin out the back door laughin her head off. we see Sean swingin on 1 of the playground swings listenin to his music, but he's doing it in such a funny way! he kept swingin his head and feet and shit, oh it was funny. but when my sis decides to go over there to say hey, i went back to my movie, mentally re-checking him off ((all the guys like her a lot better than me)) but a few minutes later i hear them come in! so i pause the movie as he walks in while my sis was giving him the not-so-grand-tour. he looks at it & asks me what im watchin, and i tell him. guess what his reaction was? "no way, you like that stuff?! what else do you watch?!" it was so cool! we had all these lenghtly descusions ((sp?)) about every anime show on the planet ((while my sis stood there looking lost -cackle-))
anyways, we all got along GREAT! hes only 13, but goes to my sis's skool, so they were gonna catch a bus home together, then we all were gonna walk to the library.
thus, the second thing that almost made me cry. he didnt come with her! i dunno why, i guess the initial shock of prolly not being able to see YYH, but i felt so hurt that he didnt meet us at our house.
the third thing: i entered this kinnda contest for German Day for the University in Madison. i have to make a poster with a theme and all that. and while we were out, i remember my sis tellin me about this movie that we're all DYING to see ((The Whole 10 Yards)) but she told me it was coming out on Tuesday! so i told my dad, and he agreed we could all go see it! YAY! but when we got there, it wasnt playing! my sis told us then she had only ASSUMED it was coming out on Tuesday! which BLOWS cuz i specifically heard her tell me the theater had TOLD her it was coming out on Tuesday! i couldnt help it, i burst. i dont think my dad or sis noticed though.
i seriously cant remember the last time ive cried, so i quickly wiped away my tears and settled for scowling.
as if that wasnt bad enough, my sis and dad got into a stupid argument over her makeup, and i remembered a Drawing assingment i have! i have to draw my shoes my Thursday, and i haven't even gotten started! and the poster for German Day is due next Wendesday, and zoe and i have to baby-sit this Great Dane from noon- midnight all day Saturday! -holds throbbing head- -sighs- at least the pay for watching the dog is good.....-_-
wow, i havent typed so much in forever..... well, ill give you faithful readers a break.....and i do aplogize for complaining so much, but if its of any consiquence, i fell a lot better now that ive told someone about all this ^_^.
