seriously tho, lookin back on these journal entries, no wonder ya'll aren't reading as much...
you know what really pisses me off? when my sis calls anime "just a cartoon." yes, i realize that it is an unrealistic show that is drawn, but it isnt a 'cartoon.' cartoons are lil 30 min short stories with no point whatsoever. anime is indeed 30 min, but thats per episode. anime is one big story compressed into individual episodes to keep you beggin for more. the way i look at it is: in a cartoon, you meet the charachter, thats it. in anime, you gradually get to know each charachter and grow to love each one of them and their story. there's an actual purpose in anime, other than the flimflammer in a cartoon.
i seriously cant understand how my sis can hate Yu Yu Hakusho tho! when i asked her about it, she said she thought it was stupid cuz the story is just the guy gettin a case, solving it, gettin a case....etc. i was like 0.0. i mean, yes thats true, but thats DOWNSIZING it a considerable amount!! its not like each case is pointless! i mean, his first 2 were to help Yusuke increase his powers, then the 3rd was to rescue Yukina, which goes into the whole Hiei's sis thing. then the Dark Tournament was so we could see each of them fight at their best ((and so we could cry whenever Kurama got beat up! ....or is that just me...?)) and to save their friends from Toguro!
sorry i got all pathological on ya'll today, but i felt the need to, lol.

our basketball got to go to state for the first time since 1971... but they lost anyways, lol.

ok, the volume on the computer im on is EXTREMELY LOUD!! so everytime i click something, BONG!!!!!!!! it scares the shit out of me everytime! i mean, i have my headphones on ((cuz i can still control the volume for my AMV's)) and when the computer makes that extremely loud noise.....-whew!-
you know, i saw the episode Kurama's Stand for Yu Yu Hakusho, and even though it was TOTALLY butchered by Cartoon Network, i couldnt help but bawl my eyes out at the end when that big ugly dude ((forgot his name)) was beating the shit out of poor unconscious Kurama!! seriously though, he's my absolute FAVORITE charachter from anything, and...... IT WAS REALLY SAD!!!!
