I really need a laptop to bring to work...so that I can have something productive to do for 8 hours instead of daydreaming...there's lots of videos I want to review and I'm finding very little time to actually sit down and write...Hopefully next week I won't get swamped with too many hours so I can get stuff done...
On the flip side of all this, I think I have a somewhat viable way to finish my Inuyasha video...I'm still working with keyframes and I just need to mess around with different colors but I think I can pull through this one...although I doubt I'll ever put it on amv.org, it'll still be my test to lip-syncing...After I finish this one, I already have another one that I've written a storyboard for...now all I have to do is wait until I win the lotto so I can buy the anime that would properly fit what I've written down...-_- -

I'm only at 13 opinions...I mean I haven't even scratched the surface in how many opinions I want to write and not just those one liner opinions, either. I'm talking at least 1000 words. I don't see why everyone doesn't leave opinions (it doesn't have to be all the way in detail, but even the lowest worded opinions can put a smile on my face as I'm sure it does for anyone). I won't aim so high as to write about every second of a video (though if I like it enough, I just might have to :D), but I'm starting to pick out all of the technical aspects and seriously give them a good looking over (since I'm not really familiar with a lot of different anime, I guess I don't have a choice for analyzing characters, unless it's really funny). But yeah, for now, I have to stick to some lower files since a 60 mb file takes literally like 5 hours (I've tried it a few times and haven't been disappointed with the videos I've seen, in fact, they've been worth the wait...well, not worth the phone bill, exactly, but you know what I mean). So yeah, when I get back to school, I'll really start getting more diverse with what I choose to download, like really go for all aspects of the spectrum of anime since I'm only sticking to the funny and parody categories (with little room for much else). It'll be great!
On the flip side of all this, I'm really at a standstill for this Inuyasha video. I really don't want to abandon the idea, but the song is giving me such trouble over the most dumbest of spots, and I want to refrain from just sticking anything in there just to move on. However (and I can take this as a good or bad thing), I got an idea for a sort of parody that I want to explore. I was listening to the Buffy (Once More With Feeling OST) and was really swept by that "I've got a theory" song. I mean, I always listen to it, but now I'm starting to look at it from the side of what kind of anime would match up with it. Come to think of it, I do that for a lot of songs O_o...so weird... -

I'm gettin sick of a lot of things...work mostly. I mean, for having been a Rec. leader the longest of everyone else, you would think that I would be entitled to the respect and trust that comes along with the job. I can do the job, probably better than most think, and yet I still get the third degree about the dumbest stuff...and because I'm so nonchalant and reserved about it all, I usually have to bottle up a lot of it...either I quit soon, or it'll be the last year I do this..
So then why was that last paragraph important at all?! Because I can never concentrate on anything AMV related after working 8 days and trying to teach dead-eyed 9 year olds the basics of baseball. Having said that, I still haven't figured out a good opening for my Inuyasha video (though I have a few ideas that might pan out soon enough) and my supposed goal of submitting opinions hasn't been going well either. I don't want to be harsh, but some of the stuff I've seen isn't exactly grade A (I mean, a video that cuts off after 1:30 if it's supposed to be 3:00 minutes isn't exactly going to get a good rating)...but then it's like, do I have the right to criticize....this going back and forth isn't getting me anywhere, so I suppose I'll just have to hope for the best (of course that's all I ever do)...
In the meantime...I just started watching Chobits...because...well...I honestly don't know why I started...I just know that I need to keep watching! -
The Hours...

I seem to have hit a major roadblock...I'm nearly up to the second chorus in finishing this Inuyasha video I started and I just became confused beyond everything. I have these ideas and I'm pretty sure they all contradict each other in some way. Then of course there's the intro and horn solos that have me absolutely stumped as to what I'm going to do...I'll figure out something eventually, but I'd rather not cut out any part of the song just because my inspiration is running low. Maybe I'm just working too hard...it seems like everyday I come home from work I'm just dead tired to do much else. Maybe the weekend will prove to be better for editing.
Other than that, I've really wanted to start reviewing more videos, but of course there's this pesky connection I have to get past. Some videos I've downloaded (that took like 3-5 hours to get) have really been worth it and I'm glad I watched them... - Never too far away... 2003-07-23 22:54:22 A friend just sent me the first volume of Inuyasha and I've been trying to think of a song that would fit the first three episodes (sort of as a 'thank you' note since she's such an Inu fan)...and I think I finally found one. A couple of days ago I had found of cd's I hadn't heard since about February, and I might even have a good Excel Saga idea, but for now, I'm just trying to storyboard the whole thing before I go ahead and start the process of getting the rest of the dvd's...About 5 more weeks until another semester of school starts...Bah! It seems like I never have enough time...
