I can deal with not having a dishwasher, but the spiders are definitely becoming a hazard (especially since pest control is in the lease)...Aside from that I had no screwdrivers or hammers to put together the tv stand...so I used my mail key to do it...and it worked (as well as putting together the fan)...Anyway, now that I'm back in Chicago for the last week, I really want to get work done on my remaining projects...

One week of work left; one week before school starts again....meh
But I get to move in to the house tomorrow...hopefully it won't need to be painted again, but I don't really care if it does....though I guess this means I can't write anymore opinions until Monday...bah! - Hitting the brick wall...must be a Thursday... 2003-08-15 01:10:16 Every idea I seemed to have just fizzled out...every opinion I wanted to write suddenly became less important. I hate to be so lethargic (must be the weather), but what else can you do when you don't see a point... I'll finish things eventually, though it may take me longer than I'd like. I think it's because a couple of days ago I realized that I was 20 years old...like I suddenly became more aware and that every problem facing me seemed trivial and ultimately something I should've gotten over at 19...then I try to put together my 'Hours' video and everything came back and there isn't enough time to think about all the things carefully, so I can't really create anything at the moment...not that I have deadlines to meet or anything, but it's nice to be able to move forward...because you got to have something...
- The Non-Additive Dissolve Factor... 2003-08-13 11:47:40 Wrote another opinion...climbed higher in the scheme of things...and surprisingly went to work on an idea that's now turning out to be something ambitious. It had been swimming around in my head for awhile now but at first I only wanted to try and do something to test my ability to get an emotion across from happy to sad. I started out using simple fades and now I have at least 5 effects on the same two clips. At work tonight, I need to plan the rest so that people won't think that it's just random clips...they'll all have a place in the song...Less than a few days until I move back to Champaign...bah!
- Making the list... 2003-08-10 21:20:59 I surprised myself by writing two opinions today...and for my efforts, I'm now on the list of usefulness! From here, the only place to go is up. Though I'm worried that my opinions are too entropic and random...I really want to have order, not just in the top ten list, but in the scores I've been giving out. I think I need to make some kind of chart that lists my evaluations for each number 1-10...bah...Hopefully tonight I can play around with the numbers and come up with a sure fire system for giving opinions...if not, at least by the end of this week...
