goodbye old channel (youtube)

i recently made a mistake on a recent amv that i WILL continue to make and post it on the org but a interspecies reviewers amv got my channel deleted and we all know the people at youtube are DICKS and wont restore it no matter what i say on the matter
my channel was very old way before i even joined here, i do have a backup im glad i mainly use this site as a storing space for my amv's, sorry but thats what i feel on this site besides the 30 - 40 logged on people that actually use it lol
from now on my new channel claudiusvideo without the S will have all the amv's that i didnt have a problem with as 90% of my videos only had copyright on the song as the animes almost never showed up with any copyright except for ones like black lagoon etc
im not upset that channel was extremely old going through 3 - 4 name changes and i now have more then to do then just do amv making i stay on my gaming channel then i do my amv channel knowing it was gonna come down at some point as people see fan made music videos as a bad thing even tho it really isnt unless they are trying to get paid for something that isnt their original work same goes for remixing songs isnt a original work
i will continue to put amv's on the org but im almost at a point that ill be focusing on my gaming channel more and make movie music videos and gaming music videos on the side then continuing to make amv's when most new animes are repeating them self's with stories that are pretty much the same BS several times over.
when i find a good anime ill watch and make a amv but other then that i think im done -

after looking around online and being plain out upset about my video being taken down after 1 million views i learned it was kinda my fault in the first place and i just didnt realize it till it was way too late and youtube warned me and i just didnt catch it in time
my copyrighted video: Black Lagoon - gangsters paradise 1 (original video) after 1 million views and over 500 comments went down because i DIDNT CHECK my email when i was busy -_-

i was and still is pissed over it and DO NOT CARE if you dont like my language you'd be swearing too over it going down cause of the thumbnail picture is a fucking art piece

i thought it was some random good pic of balalaika and fuck it was a good pic
but i just didnt know where it came from it has to be Japanese twitter page
because i had to have my chrome force trans late his twitter to find out why
after seeing my youtubes picture all over his twitter awhile back
since then i have explained what happen that i got the picture from a random
google search that the picture was on a few other pages being reposted a few
times and that i wasnt the original poster of it and that i didnt know it was a
art piece, cause it looked like it came from a slightly different anime,
i have told him to next time put your name at the bottom of the picture so his fans
can tell him when and if its stolen, all of this because of a fucking thumbnail picture. -

i thought about it and im not entirely finished ill keep making videos for the org with what ever the mods can allow and put in entries on the choose a anime during create a entry cause its lacking heavily in newer animes and its just annoying to have to ask for a new entry to be ok'ed so besides that ill keep making amv's for the org when i see a new anime or feel like putting together a classic song with a older anime but i dont know what im doing for youtube is getting very bad with anyone putting copyright strikes for videos they dont like
i dont want to give up on the fans that do love my videos -

dealing with copyright sucks they honestly should put fan music video of all kind under fair use until that person is trying to get paid or claiming they own it, they should see it as advertisement, movie, tv series, video games and anime some of the videos are extremely good
they should feel honored that fans want to make music videos of their work instead they feel if they arent making money off of these videos being dicks, soo many channels going down cause of copyright so many people going to make their own websites for their videos cause they dont want to deal with copyright anymore its sad really
now im making a few youtube channels one on movies, thats not WB, i aint messing with them a gaming channel and one that has nothing on it so i dont lose youtube all together.
i may be done with anime music videos ill always
