New Fruits Basket Video

Hey!!! I recently uploaded a new video to the org. Its a Fruits Basket video done to the song "Wonderful" by Everclear. I wont go on about what the vid is about, but its a dramatic vid.

In the video i put the wrong song name in the outro. *kicks self* i noticed that after i finished it.

This is only my fourth vid. Tell me what you think.

Wish you would have compressed the audio. I will check it out. I won't be able to comment in a QC or OP though for awhile... -_-

I got this idea myself a long time ago, but I decided not to do it - and I'm beginning to see why more clearly. That's not to say I didn't like this. In fact, I think you edited it quite well. Good beat sync, a tiny use of effects that looked decent, and just an overall nice video.

The trouble is that this song has some very specific lyrics in it, and unless you do some image manipulation, it's tough for any one anime to match them completely. Still, I think you did the best you could with what you were given, and I enjoyed your video because of it.

Technically speaking, you could have definitely improved the video quality. Check out the site guide (and the beta-version revision for it) for help on doing that. They're a bit of a tough read if you haven't been through them before, but they're well worth the effort it takes to learn them.

Hope that helps you out a little. Keep up the good work. You definitely have promise. ^_~

I watched it. Not too keen on the song, and the editing in the first half was very simple, but it got pretty enjoyable around the 2nd half. The song and the editing kicked up. I would give this a 3/5. Pretty good job, I agree about the quality though. It needed more work.

A very classic editing style. I enjoyed it, as I like both the song and the anime. However, I shall echo earlier comments: the quality left much to be desired, and of course as always:

MPEG-2 720x480 is never a correct aspect ratio.

Fruits Basket is 4:3, meaning 640x480 would be best, unless you intended to cleanly upscale.
