The reason for this was... well, I'll let DOKool describe as I'm lazy.
DOKool wrote:AbsoluteDestiny was the first to work on Part 18, producing an excellent segment. However, his segment was rejected from the final mix. I, as project head, didn't feel it was appropriate material for the finale of the video, and asked him to change a particular scene, which he objected to changing on artistic grounds. I wholeheardly respected his decision, as he (hopefully) understood mine. This was in no way a criticism of AD or his work, and I still consider his Part 18 to be a part of the Children Project.
Why inappropriate? Well, it's a video about child sexploitation in anime and a mini narrative on the evil corruption of childhood. I personally thought it fitted the end of the track well but it wasn't in tune with DOKool's vision for the project.
As it happens I think WilLoW ;--) did a great job with the same section as you can see in the final version of TCP (which you should probably watch before this one).
It didn't matter much to me that I was deinied, I knew there was a risk so I edited it in an hour or two just in case.
Anyway, I figured I'd release it as a point of interest more than anything.

The distro file is a 20mb divx5 compatible encode at 640x352 with (I think) 224kbps mp3 audio. Something like that, I forget
