Having never received an opinion from sto (if memory serves), I can't say this for sure. However, I believe that people would wish to receive an opinion from him because he's a generally amusing guy.

Besides, don't you get sick of all of the traditional 1:1 and FReE OPinIoN! threads? Making the requirements interesting - no matter how ridiculous - is always more fun. And hell, be glad he's giving out opinions at all.
