One thing, though. The subs kinda turned me off, and some of which seemed able to remove using a crop and overplace (although you can't do that in WMM).

Crop and overplace - at the part of the bottom before the subs will appear, take a snapshot



and place that bottom



over the subs,




so it looks like there are no subs.


Of course there are exceptions (zoom or panning shots), but it's a very effective method.

Well actually i left the subs in so it helps tell the story on the video.

The only subs there was when Child Sasuke said "Everyone was killed"

And teen sasuke explains that he is an Avenger and that even if he needs to take the devils fruit to gain power he will. Which explains the curse seal deal. and I know the chidori scene wasnt that long only about 8 seconds and if i speed it up; it actually looks bad he was goin way too fast and I couldnt slow it down.

And Sakura saying "stop"

The rest of the video is good and none of it has subs on it.

Im actually surprised u give it a 7 considering my average right now is a 4.66 out of the 14 people who rated it.

I only use Windows Movie Maker to make it; cuz I dont know any other program I can use without paying for it. Besides Im so use to WMM. If you could teach me to crop the video using WMM or a program to use cropping then I would be grateful.

Ohh cropping, well actually the all the Naruto clips I have are not raws. In fact when I said editing, that means I edited the part where they had subs, since most of the subs only appear for only 2-3 seconds i take out that 3 second subbed part and i cut it out of the video. But since some of them took forever to dissappear I just let them flow and since what they were saying was relative to the video; I didnt mind at all placing them in.

Well, I just found it shocking just how well it fits sasuke, like "I'll do anything to fight you" fit well with him trying to do anything to live to kill Itachi.

I mean, most of the time the song has nothing to do with the footage with most bland Naruto videos.

And if the subs are placed over a zoomed or panning image, you can just pull out virtualdub and using the "null transform" filter crop out the bottom of the clip where the subs are (that's not it, though), and cut out an equal amount for the sides (example: 40 pixels cut off the bottom, then reduce 20 pixels from each of the edges) to give it the original aspect ratio. Then use a resize filter with bilinear and resize it to 640 x 480 (what Naruto fansubs are encoded in).

NOTE: These guides I've given you do not condone the use of fansub footage in videos in any way. XD

Curse Seal part but since every other person has already made a video for that, I thought people would have been sick ot it. And its Linkin Park so I thought people would have been turned off on it initially.


Then I was listening to my Evanescnese CD again and I thought the song would fit in the video

I watched it...And it was ok. The clips really didnt go with the action though (when the song sped up, nothing changed...And when the song transitioned the video did nothing), and the modifications were a bit too apparent (when the clips were sped up, etc). And as you know, I recommend definitely cutting out the subs in the future as well, as they are distracting.

Also I know about the subs, and the subs I THINK help tell the story. There are only 3 scenes with subs and they are fairly SHORT. Sasuke saying Everyone was killed and a sentence about him being an Avenger. THATS IT. All sakura said was STOP and hug sasuke. So if u wanna know what I think,

Jesus dude. Calm down. Basically, the whole thing with subs is that if you're making a character profile, it should be able to figured out even without the subs.

Alright, having just watched this, I can say there was little timing. I admit the song did go well with the theme, but you did very little to actually match the clips with the song. Also, the profile could've been made without the subs. The video quality was a bit inconsistent and the audio could've been better. I thought when you said "Don't let the .wmv confuse you" you meant you just re-encoded to .wmv to save space or something, not that you actually did it in Windows Movie Maker. I've seen better Naruto videos that portray drama. Although, this is the only character profile I've ever seen.
