on that competition idea, instead of picking people and then making it a competition, how about making it a competition from the start? and save the effort of picking right now

Problem with that is I might get 10 entries for H and none for I (just an example) ;p

Announce how many are competing for a particular track and who it is. Some people who want in the thing will think 'Oh, I can't beat out XYZ so I'll do one of the lesser used tracks instead'. Especially if you explicitly point this idea to them. If worse comes to worse, several people offered to serve as backup so you can assign an unused track to them while leaving open competition on the other tracks.

I've already got the track asignments worked out, its the rules and splitting up the audio that I'm working on now. I guess I could always post the selections now and update the rest when they're ready ;p

First post has been updated with the current track listings and assignments. It will be updated with rules and such once I get them organized.

I will also be splitting up the audio and linking to the segments individually which is what you will be editing to. I will probably do this later on today.

Please read the entire first post again, as i'm too lazy to retype it here, and almost all of it has changed ;p
