Wait, this video was to a Southern Culture on the Skids song? Ok, I need to see this. It might suck but probably not in the usual DBZ way.

Incidentally, here's a classic example of the problem. Getting someone even vaguely interested enough to look at the video profile to see what you used much less download it. I'll leave it to you to figure out how to make people want to look but I can tell you bitching that you don't have enough feedback isn't the way.

I'm surprised the video gets downloaded, let alone watched. Does anyone still use mov?

That's quicktime media player, right? That's as bad as rm. I mean, it's pre-wmv. Try putting an wmv/mpg/xvid copy on the direct link. Most people won't download a file they can't play and formats like rm and mov were horribly unpopular 5 years ago. They're almost extinct now.

On top of what everyone else has already said, I think it's being a little hypocritical to whine abuot not getting much feed back and only one opinion when I can see from your profile that you haven't given any yourself. When I was new here that's what I did, I opinioned videos like crazy. If you give the same editor enough opinions you can (usually) guilt them into giving you one XD

VLC. It's astounding. Although the video did barf when I tried MPC, my default player of choice. And in the end it wasn't worth the effort of right clicking and choosing 'open with...' but that's an entirely different issue.

Before you post, I highly suggest choosing an 'elite' editor of your choice and following them to a degree...

My mentors are the likes of:

Aokakesu Digital
ErMaC
icechai

All are long gone but their legacy remains on my amv cds and the feelings of awesomeness their vids bring me...

Fending for yourself ultimately will lead you to some nice uniqueness, but that won't come if you don't realize what's unoriginal first...

[those mentioned editors used a style that I honestly believe will never be emulated without much slapping]
"Strength lies in action. Let the weak react to me..." - Kamahl, Pit Fighter from Magic: the Gathering
"That is a mistake many of my enemies make. They think before they act. I act before I think!" - Vortigern from Merlin ('98)
"I AM REBORN!" - Dark Schneider Bastard!! OAV
