Sausage?

Okay, so I just got a concussion yesterday and I'm really out of it, but did the word sausage actually just become some new AMV community slang overnight and I was completely unaware of it? If I am hallucinating the word sausage everywhere on this forum (that and ANIMUMUZACKVAHDIO) then ignore this, but otherwise seriously what the heck is sausage supposed to mean here? I know we're not talking about ground meat man. I am so confused!
