the confused have hearts too

its anna nalick's breathe to a place promised in our early days (might have already said that below but i figured i'd add it to the top)

due to some confusion over the status of this video i must clarify... this is a complete video... it is simply not as completed as i originally intended... and once uploaded you will be able to verify this yourself...

it was started 2 years ago when i decided to stray from my more manic style and come up with a softer more personal video... the inspiration came from the the anime itself... and from there i searched long and hard for just the right music to culminate with and create a video of splendor and grace... while it aims towards the smoother softer side of the spectrum i must say that its been a effects adventure where i really hoped to spread my wings in terms of instead of simply finding clips to fit, molding the clips themselves to better blend them into this collage of one of my favorite sentimental animes.

after a hiatus however i lost my flow and ambition... so i ended up cutting it short so it could at least have a birth and not an abortion.

it is still a beautifully edited video, or so my dearest friends keep telling me... and so i leave the rest to you... tell me its flaws, glitches, and shortcomings, and if the light hits my window just right one day i may revisit this premature amv.

It is A Place Promised In Our Early Days set to Breathe by Anna Nalick... i hope that even though apparent, the effects will have a more subtle tone and will instead of taking the spotlight, merely provide an accent to the clips themselves.

soo tell me what you think... (i'd prefer if harsh/hardcore or detailed responsed came in the form of a pm or op..) otherwise just post them up here...

and to the mods... please let me upload it and view it before making a decision to lock this and take down the vid... and i am very sorry for the confusion my poorly worded previous announcement created... also sry that i am double announcing this vid... but a locked thread doesn't alow me to sort out the mess/confusion i created...

I love this song so I had to check it out!

Everything was great. For the length of the song, the compression was well done.

Great visual quality.

Very Clean Audio.

Awesome Beat synch

Great Mood sync!

Only complaint is the shortening of the song. Not that it did anything bad to the video, I've just been wanting to watch a video with the full song, that's all. Doesn't effect your rating one bit. Just a personal problem.

Still, the clarity of the image isn't the best of what I've seen with AMVs using this source, and it wasn't an overall absolute great feeling watching the video from beginning to end. It's possible with a few tweaks maybe I'd give you a 5, but it didn't give me that great a groove. I give it 4/5

Nicely done!
