  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I usually don't get involed with stuff like this but...
Minion... most of the times i see a comment from you on a video its saying fail.
You already said what you think about the project... well what you seen of it since it was "too painful" to watch the whole thing.
Since you don't have anything constructive to say and are just saying its bad or it fails, you should keep your comments to yourself cause they dont help the creators in any way.
Edited post from paizuri wrote: If you are responding to a video announcement, please try to make constructive comments. If you think the video is bad (or fails), tell the creator what is wrong with it and how it could be made better. If you didn't bother watching any or all of the video, then perhaps you should STFU or GTFO.
In MEPS there are always people at diffent editing levels involed. Just because an editor can't pull off something as advanced as another editor doesn't mean they fail.
Since there is probably no mep you will really like unless every video in it is like Euphoria or is full of buttsecks, you shouldn't even bother to write comments on them.
There is nothing worse than a Christmas ass

I'll get this video myself a lil later. Gotta get some stuff off my HD first.
There are so many good editors in this so it should be very enjoyable ^_^
Merry Christmas everyone!... even though im a lil late ^^;
do you really want me to just make a list of everything that wasn't good, and how it could improve? i have a feeling the feedback on that could be more negative than whats already been said.
your turning this into more than it was. i watched it, expressed that i didn't like it; move on

so from there i skimmed through the project trying to find something about it entertaining.
with the exception of a few small parts, this is laughably bad (or at least appears to be, as it's too painfull to watch the whole thing)

*stamps the seal a FAIL*

Don't mind him he's the leader of the buttsecks mep.. Nuff said, regardless it was alot better being able to watch everything this time lol. Everyone did good, unique in their own way. Had alot of variety in style on this mep.
"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

I like Trust Company and all, but five minutes in and I was getting sick of the music. It all starts to sound the same...

Even besides that, though, most of this video was hard for me to watch. Four tracks really caught my attention and held it: Nekoteo's FFVII: AC track, Unlimited Rice's FLCL track, Scorned Prince's Cowboy Bebop track, and Sierra Lorna's Shakugan No Shana track. The rest ranged from "meh" to (IMO) "poorly-edited". It was kinda fun to watch once, but it's hard for me to justify using up 335 MB of space on a video I'll probably never watch again :/

Nice effort, but for the most part not to my tastes.

I thought the whole video was very well edited...and I worked really hard on my part. But I guess it's not that good....But I'm trying to make better videos. I am working on a new video now finally after almost a year. Don't know when it will be finished but I have been working on it since I'm off from college for a month. So I'm hoping it will be enjoyable.

My favorites in this project were Senshi Mamorus, Seirra Lornas and my sisters track and a few others but I would have to watch it again to know which editor did what tracks u.u;; sorry. But to me it was enjoyable to watch. And I love Trust Company songs. :D

Although I'm not familiar with the band, I thought that this was a really good MEP. Overall, the tracks were well edited, and fit pretty nicely with the music. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Isn't it so typical, when a bunch of editors who have pretty much only worked with such sources as Naruto, Dragonball, Bleach and Final Fantasy, (the same could be said for the viewers who praise this) release a poorly done MEP and then this happens? The members involved with the MEP reply saying they love the whole video and state to be proud of being part of something big, then out of nowhere, comes a member like Minion and shatters it all.

Yes, I watched the video and checked some profiles of the people involved, and I'm gonna have to go with Minion on this one.

Darn internet died and just finnaly stated working again
just 2 minutes remaining now.
lol when i saw the list of animes in this i could already guess what one Senshimamoru did ^_^
I don't know alot about the band but i do remember hearing some of those songs somewhere
Oh yeah, sorry for throwing the thread off with my comment earlier ^^;
*waits for download to finish*

Edit:
Just seen the whole project
Ooooh flashy! Some scenes almost gave me a seizure
You did good with the mix Greek Prince. The songs flowed smooth together.The videos also flowed into each other very good.
Quality was good too. Only a couple vids had lower quality in it.
I gotta learn how to encode large videos like that ^^;

You had some animes repeating in it. Good that they didn't repeat the same scenes
Alot of the songs sounded alot alike but i enjoyed them though
My most favorite song is Rock The Casbah... or is it Stuff the cat box? ^_^
My most favorite videos in this are Track 1, Track 5, Track 8, Track 11 (Oh yeah!), Track 14 (I wanna see this anime now!),Track 16, Track 20, Track 22 and Track 24.
This project will be a keeper for me

Good job on it everyone
