Account Deletion

I don't really use my account, so I want to delete it.
But I guess you aren't allowed to do so...Why is that?

Well, it's not like your account will be penalized for not being used. It just kinda sits there, really. I guess the general consensus is that it's more work to delete accounts than it is to let them collect dust. Besides, if you ever want to come back to the site, you'll at least know that your account is always there waiting.

Besides, the point of the site is to attempt to catalog every AMV ever made, and if accounts were deleted, then the catalog entries would go with it, which would defeat the point of the site. And while I see you don't have any vids up, its just easier to make it a blanket thing. And as DJ said, if you ever decide to come back, its there waiting for you.

OMG, poor account. o.O Being abandoned. o.o But yeah, I think it does have to do with the catalog. Don't worry, just make sure you unsubscribe to all those threads so you won't get e-mails and set your account to not receive e-mails when you get a message and you'll never have to know we existed......O.O
