That server isn't always slow
I tired it this time and it was moving at 200+kbps.
The fastest i ever got a file from that place was around 500kbps
so far it looks like 136 people have suscesfully downloaded it

I checked out the file on FileFront since it seemed a bit large.

Are you planning on compressing your audio? The audio should not be over one half of the file size. (Currently it is... Video: 232MB/Audio: 252MB)

Making it 640x480 would also help with the size, as it seems jubjub2 is planning to do, but the audio is a bigger problem.

I actually recompressed it to 512x384 and it's in mp4 format. I'm uploading it now to my server and the total size is 218MB.

I also have an avi compressed to 512x384, and it is at 366MB (1st pass). The audio compression on the original was kinda weird and kept unsynching when I would convert it to a wav using Vdub. I went ahead and ran it through premiere and it worked out okay with that. If I would have been brave enough, I would have converted it to 24fps, but with the audio glitches I was already running into.... I chickened out.

So, that's my saga.

I will post the link as soon as I have it all uploaded. About 2 hours at current count.

Oh, and I loved Moonie's clip.

Ok, I'll get to work and compress the audio, as well as reducing the size to 640*280. Anywhoo.... Thanks everyone for everything! I promise, for the sequal, this won't be a problem.

likely you mean either 640x480 (fullscreen) or 640x360 (widescreen). 640x280 would make an odd aspect ratio.... (unless you ment 512x288, wich would be the smaller widescreen.....)
