Ok, I wasn't going to bother watching this because I've seen one of your videos so that effectively means I've seen them all. But I was curious. If your biggest fan didn't realize a major character was in it then just maybe this wasn't pointless flashing like usual. After viewing it I have to say you're making the right decision. You've barely changed your editing in the last dozen videos and since improvement is your sole measure of enjoyment then it probably is a good time for you to retire.

Don't get me wrong dokool, I do see your point, but people edit differently. Some may be able to just put out a quick video have fun with it, and not worry about it being "perfect". but some of us are perfectionist by nature, and it just bothers us to see a vid that we did not be upto the best that we can make it. so I also see where silver_moon is comming from. People are different. It doesn't mean we are egotistical. Hell if I cared so much about the top 10%, I'd have made all my videos to Naruto

I normally don't like to get involved in these kinda disputes, and its just pulling this thread away from the original intent of it being a release thread for her last video, so I'm gonna leave it at that. Take it to PM if you want to argue it out more with me personally.

Well, as far as the vid goes I knew it was something special after seeing it on the Pro discs. There was so much competition in drama but I'm glad this got something. The effects didn't bother me much since they did match the mood but compared with your style its definitely up there on the list. All together a solid drama vid.

As far as your retirement, you have to do what makes you happy. So there's not really anything to fight about there. I hope to continue to see you around here and remember that no one knows what the future brings!

Seriously though, good luck, and happy hunting, I edit in minute bursts now... [you guessed it, in between Guild Wars, Chromehounds, School, work, Dead or Alive 4, Battlefield 2, computer upgrades, amv editing is taking a back seat and what sucks is that I was upgrading partially so I can edit faster...]

you'll come back when you realize your vids are better than the ones your reviewing lol...

Hey. I really liked this vid, had downloaded it when I was at school. Its really awesome....and its sad to hear that its your last one....you were my inspiration on becoming a better amv editor. Though its sad, but I am going to try and do my best on my videos to make them better. lately I haven't had the time because of college and work...I haven't even done anything for my mep project yet, from not having time....its hard I know...but I don't want to stop making music videos, I am to at least try to bring out a new video for everyone whenever I get an idea, well I do have an idea, but the question is when I am going to work on it because of not having time. but well I will try and hang in there. so well again, your last video was awesome, now I am going to go download your sisters video too.

I definitely dug this when I saw it on the pro discs. Probably my favorite FMA video.

Sorta disappointed to hear about your retirement, but if you're no longer having fun with a hobby, there's no reason to really keep at it.

downloading now... Maybe I should consider retiring instead of being lazy... makes everything seem easier actually...
