only the sections with Haruhi actually singing are lipsynched. I thought it came out pretty good considering the circumstances. (this footage is hard to lipsync to begin with)

ofcourse, I havn't done any real lipsynching since Sexy body cowgirls, so I don't have alot of experience to back me up on that statement....

It was worth every second of the wait.

The lip and motion (instrument playing) sync in the concert portions could be tighter, but I don't think that anyone else could do better (aside from the people at KyoAni). Unless you re-animated the segments yourself or created stuff from scratch, either of which would be insane for one person to do.

And hey, you didn't use the ending dance sequence. Ok, you did use a very small part.
