very nice for a first. Like warheart said, it did seem a bit too calm for the tempo of the song, but I liked how you synched up the midsection. I like this song, and was the main reason I downloaded the video, and you didn't disapoint me. A few constructive critiques for next time though:
Some of the synchs seemed a tad bit off, maybe spend a little more time finetunning the synchs against the wave form (if vegas has a waveform) and by ear. There were also some scenes that seemed to stay a little too long. try to keep scene changes in tune with the tempo of the song your using.
The encode looks beutiful, but did you encode it without keyframes? I couldn't seek in the file, I'd have to play it again from the begining. A mild annoyance, especially if your trying to pause and go back to critique the video ;p
Curious to what method you used for the H.264, Megui?
anyway, keep up the work, and look forward to your next.
