I'm not sure there is one yet. kisanzi's video is the closest I've found that captures the entire series. Yeah, I was kinda put off by the music at first, but it makes a powerful statement. Another video that comes close in other ways is listed near the bottom of this post.

Here are the other Mahoromatic videos that I've seen and might be more up your alley:

Ari-chan - Mahoro's Life (the filename is Mahoro's struggle2.mpg)
My gripes with this video is the aspect ratio is done incorrectly on a few scenes (everything should be widescreen, but a few obviously are not), and a couple of clips are a bit too literal with the lyrics.

jarnik - Everdream is probably closer to Neverlasting Happiness, but you might want to give it a watch. It goes all Kooptangles™ at the latter half, though.

Millenium Strife has a couple of Mahoromatic videos: A Tribute to Mahoro and I Guess That's Love. Here are the lyrics to Sore ga Ai Deshou. I just downloaded and watched I Guess That's Love. Since it was released 3 months ago, it must have slipped beneath my radar. I think this is now my favorite Mahoromatic AMV. I love this song (it's the OP from Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu) so I was kinda skeptical about the pairing, but it came together well. I know the bit of lipsync is a bit off, and you definately need to know the lyrics to fully appreciate it, but it's worth a look.

Finally, on a different note, Chack'n - Gyakuten MAHOROSAN and cyuson - Chaos -Around the M@D- are definate must sees for a fun side trip. ^_^

I was going to also suggest Nostromo's video too, but I felt it was a bit too action-y for what ar91207 was looking for. I do also recommend it, though.

at least "man i feel like a maid" and "chibi things that kill" are strictly comedy/fun. i haven't seen the others yet (i'll probably download them after posting this), but those aren't what the thread author was looking for, and it's true that those contain more anime than mahoromatic.

true, those video do basically use Mahoro as filler -_- than again, some animes ar pretty much destined to be used as filler. And as I'd never seen Mahoro (though I DID see MahoroBA! ;p) I can't really tell you. I just thought I'd suggest a few ;p.

But keep your eyes peeled for my pot amv, it's not very tear jerking ...actully it's comedy ...but it will have a few scenes with mahoromatic.
