Hmm... yeah, after a few more watches I've come to the conclusion that I can safely tolerate the repeated scenes and not allow 'em to sully my enjoyment of this video. This is a keeper after allBakadeshi wrote:Infinity Squared: Yea... try to think of the repeated footage as something going on chaotically in her head, thats my justification for using them anyway, since I couldn;t get around it. ;p Yea the whole Aizen Hinamori arc had a pretty big impact on me aswell, in the manga more so than the anime actually, but can't exactly make a manga music video as dramatic can I? ;p

Ooh... I like this... which is interesting because I really don't like Bleach
I couldn't follow the story very well because I'm unfamiliar with it, but I did like the fact that you included Hitsugaya in there. Your editing is always nice, and I've been waiting to see a good video done to this song for a while

Nice.
I think you did a really good job, especially considering how limited your available scenes were. It was really different for a Bleach vid. And the inverts and motion you used at 0:49 and 1:52 emphasized those beats just perfectly.
One thing I want to complain about is how blurry some of the scenes were. I think it was from zooming in on the picture when you used motion... using Premiere's or AE's sharpening filter on those scenes would've helped, I think.
Overall I'm not sure if I enjoyed it as much as Zetsumo, but it's still a keeper for sure.

Niotex: Haha... I didn;t tell anyone about this one actually, Nor did i have anyone beta test it. I just finished it and released it like that.
It wasn't as large a scale project as Zetsumo was after all. As for the transmotion, I realized when I used it that some wouldn't like it. But like I said, there was a reason for using them like I did, It was my way of tryign to make the video apear chaotic and also synch to the nature of the song.
As for the filters.... Thats strange, I used the same filters I always use... blur, motion, masks, noise, etc. I just used them in different combinations in this vid. I generally try to do something different in every video I do, since I am also learning the software when I make videos. Especially AE, I'm pretty much a newb in AE still. Especially since its my first time trying out the new 7.0 version. I didn't try to do anything realy complex, because I felt the video didn't need it. As for it falling short of Zetsumo...If I spent the same kind of energy and insane effort on every video as I did on Zetsumo, I'd probably get burned out pretty quickly ;p
p0d: Thanks to your Last Chapter video (which I watch quite often actually) Is what got me into Within Temptation, and finding this song, which then spawned this video. I blame you. thanks alot. :p
SpringBoy: Thanks, Glad to see the bleach fans happy with it.
JenCM18: Thanks as always ^^
Infinity Squared: Haruhi approves? (not that that would be worth a lick....)
IcyCloud: Thanks ^^ Glad to have delivered :p
inverse: Wait, you don't like bleach but you like Hitsugaya? Isn't that Contradictory?
Although hes a hard character to not like. To me the bleach manga is way better, I just followed the anime for the purpose of making AMVs to it ;p
silver_moon: Woot, liked my inverts?
I tried some experimental combinations of filters to create those. (nope there not just simple inverts) About the bluriness, are you talking about just low video quality or scenes where I actually used the blur effect? actually, on some parts of the video, where I was trying to emulate a camcorder like effect, I did purposely blur in and out some of the footage, so it may be some of those you were talking about. And now I do feel that some of it did stay blurred either too much or too long.
Mostly in areas where the music was slower. So that was more than likely something I purposely did, even though I admit a bit too strong in some places. Glad you liked ^^

Yep, even though I usually hate them, there is the odd time that I think inverts (or invert-like filters) look good in vids.Bakadeshi wrote:silver_moon: Woot, liked my inverts?I tried some experimental combinations of filters to create those.
