Where to post an MEP idea

Just out of curiosity, if you had an idea for a MEP that you had no intention of running, where would you post it? Would you put it in the MEP forum, so anyone who wanted it could take it? I mean, normally, you put AMV suggestions in the Suggestions forum, and multi-editor projects you intend to do (or interest threads) in the MEP forum. But this really doesn't fall under either category.

I mean, I have an idea or two floating about, but it'll be a cold day in Hell before I get the technical know-how to run such a project. So, I would rather just give the idea away to someone who could do it justice.

I guess make an interest gauge thread in the MEP forum, and mention that you don't want to be the one to actually run it.

I like the suggestions forum for that as it's a suggestion.

But my suggestion is to have your schedule free cuz you have less than a 50/ 50 chance anybody else will head it. most likeley. I'd think.

see if it's in the mep forum ppl will enter your thread expecting you to head it ;p (like a bunch of us did on the DC suggestion lol)
