Pretty good job on this one. The fact that this video made me wake up makes it a keeper! :D

waing up at 4 AM? boy you have it rough.

anyways, I agree, nice work on this one. I'm not a huge fan of the music, but your synch and coreography is well done. Liked some of your transition from the different animes, like the rooftop scene from the animatrix one into the roof top scene from princess mononoke, that was smooth ;p

on a side note, I must get jubei-chan 2, those battle sequences look intense!

Early morning laundry in the laundry room. Best time for these dryers to be in their optimum shape. :D

As Bakadeshi said, the transitions between anime were very well done. I get a kick outta solid transitions within the same series, so I really got a kick outta this. I also second the thoughts on Jubei-chan 2. I'm going to have to put that show on my 'must check out' list.

This video was pretty good, and I especially enjoyed your manipulation of color. Like some others have said, the transitions were really slick, great job, and I'm definitely a fan of your intro. I liked the song on its own, it just didn't seem intense enough for the scenes it accompanied.

Well, great job as always.

My favorite part of the video, aside from the great work done with the Jubei-chan footage, is actually the video itself as a visual construct. There is a degree of consistency and visual structure that makes a great 'pointless' video - by making it flow logically and nicely, without confusion and by introducing visual parrallels all through. Critical result = happy.

Thanks to everybody for the comments! :D

I'm glad you guys like those "transitions." Ironically, the video started out way back with only one anime. I had the entire middle segment done with Program but was dissatisfied with it, so I went back and redid half of it with Mononoke. The two had vastly different animation styles, but there were neat parallels that kept the theme going.

So anyway, uh, Oto, what city did I end up targeting first? :P

By the way, to sort of bring it back into context... do you know if TheMaan has had any plans to release his unfinished track? It'd be kind of neat. I think this video itself already makes up for whatever we might have lost with the Third Impact project :)
