IC - Metal vs. Dance = JCD vs. Warheart

Ok, this was no ordinary Iron Chef. The deal was that I'd get a Dance track from JCD and he'd get a nice Metal track as an exchange. Then we'd have 24 hours to edit. This are the results.

lawl ^^ good shit i knew about this going down some time back and i was looking forward to this hehe.

both greate video's though i gotta go with warhearts video =) no offence but maybe it just shows that metal vids experiance gives a little edge over dance videos he JCD

anyway i liked the consept of the contest and im looking forward so many more like these

Not really I believe haha

It was alot of fun and I think we're both winners since judging between 2 eternerly different songs and videos is nearly impossible

Great job Warheart I always wanted to see a dance video from you and how I have it :]

I really like the concept of this IC. When I first saw the title of this thread I thought it would be a Warheart metal video vs a JCD dance, not the other way around. I thought the exchange in genre was a nice touch and worked very, very well. I also like that the 24 hour time limit let both editors use the complete songs. There was no annoyingly abrupt ending that way. So all in all I really enjoyed both videos.

Well, I think it's normal that you have to finish the whole track within the time if you take the french IronChef for example. But the idea is really awesome, when JCD came up with that idea I was like "yeah, that'd be great".
