i believe that is the effect of someone changing their mind on their opinion.... not exactly sure how that works though

For some reason that I don't believe was ever explained to us, the Effects score has been like that ever since the Top 10% List started giving scores to four decimal places. Any video that has a perfect 10 in effects (not counting the very highest opinion and the very lowest opinion) shows up as 10.001.prettysoldiersailormoon wrote:My eyes must be playing a trick on me. I get it but that isn't what I meant. How can a video with 16 opinions get a straight 10 for everything? Was the video really that good? I won't watch it because it isn't an anime I care to watch. Seriously all 16 of those people thought that the video was really that good. This is not possible. I saw once a profile of an Inuyasha video with nearly 30 opinions with ALL 10 and one or two 9.80. Videos like these have something behind, something that surely have something to do with multiple accounts, since I sincerely saw the video and.. Not to be sarcastic or cruel, but it was a good torture method.
