Ummm, that won't work.
it used to sometimes when I tried to dl an amv and failed as I would on 56k and disconected after a few seconds/minutes, I cant remember but it registered an incomplete dl and put it in my dl list and I was forced to rate it.

Try Opera. It usually resumes for me even from Local, but about 1/10 of the time it'll start over from scratch.
Well I don´t want to dl Opera... I use Firefox and don´t want to use another browser just for writting opinions!

Well, i'd say your best bet would be to "deal with it" then...
If you're unwilling to make some sort of consessions, further discussion is pointless.

by the way, you can probably patch something together with Firefox's FlashGot plugin...

If your friend has a faster connection, and you have him download vids for you to watch, you can always have him use your account to download those videos. Then you can review them. Of course, if your friend wants to review them as well, he'll have to download two copies. But if his connection is so much faster than yours, that probably won't take him very long.

It would depend on how much effort your friend is willing to go to for your convenience, and how much you trust him not to do something awful with your account. Your best bet would be to download them yourself when you go to get vids from him (assuming you get them in person - if you can download from him, there's no excuse not to be able to download from the org). :?

OK I will ask, it is the best way...
One not very important problem: "When he uses my account I have to enter my passwort every time..." Who cares such thingd  ^^

Guys no.. This is not a good way to protect the op system, I'm too a 56k user and the worst thing is that I pay One dollar every hour of connection, I simply CAN'T download videos, the 80% of the times the videos I see are downloaded by friends or by my girlfriend, with this block.. Buff.. I'll try what you said, thanks =)

What? I've never had this problem before, I've left opinions for vids that I did not download locally (and a few for vids that I've never even seen at all). . .
