Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

If linking to a wiki page on the same domain as other stuff of questionable integrity, you might as well say we can't link to pages on geocities and the like.

Oh, and we can't link to www.amvhell.com because they (OMG!!) have torrents.

See, rules cannot always be black and white. There are occasional grey areas to rules.
Sorry, forgot to add in Episodes/Movies Torrents.

Best booger-flinging action I have seen since visiting my brother's house.

I sorta kinda saw the video.... Looked interesting from what I could see. It crashed every player I have for some reason except VLC, and VLC played it back with a bunch of garbage in with it like it was a bad encode. I wonder if it got curupted when I downloaded it. maybe I'll try redownload it tomorow.

You didn't actually read Zero1's post, did you?

(I mean, if you did, you'd know that it's basically just ffdshow and some splitters.)

I almost uploaded it to the .Org, and I would have listed you as a collab.

But I realized that I messed up and made it one frame, so I decided it wasn't worth all the effort of making an entry and wasting about three megabytes of Kero's space.

ffdshow isn't a file parser, only a single entity which handles various codecs. (MKV isn't a codec). the codec pack that Z3r01 was linking to is essentially just ffdshow plus the file format parsers, with MPClassic (and another player I cannot recall) tossed in, with all kinds of settings tweaked for you already, plus with all kinds of friendly options you can tune right in the installer.
