I liked it a lot. It served as a great commercial by peaking my interest and making me curious for more.

My only problem with the video is the mention of "When Knives and Waffle Meet"

Seriously though, very cool stuff

I've been wanting to do something similar to this (the compilation DVD to show to friends) for quite a while now. So yeah I'm also interested in getting the DVD image.

Yea, that was cool. Especially at the beginning with the AMV banners and the sfx used throughout the video.

Thanx again for all the feedback -- I'm glad people are enjoying the animation. The past couple days I've been applying ice to my tendinitus, and freeing up lots of disk space -- both feel soooo gooooood.

Ouch. ShnKnives/AtomX/Pwolf -- My sincere apologies for the mispelling -- I will fix it in the future. And thanx Tono for catching my uncompressed audio (rookie upload mistake -- I hang my head in shame

It's a fair opinion the folks who found it boring and the song lame -- but I like a little Brain Candy (tm) every now and then....

And if I were doing it again, I would try to move away from the PowerPoint feel... I didnt realize it at the time, but now that someone mentions it, I see the connection.

If any Photoshop artists out there feel like contributing jewel-case fold-outs for the DVD, I'll make them available for download. I think I'll solicit submissions in another post, now that I think of it...

It was interesting. Not the type of thing I'd watch over and over again but it was interesting to view once. It does a good job as a promo which is what you wanted.

Just to note, it's "Ghibli's All Around The World" not "Ghiblies All Around the World"
