I don't know, I sometimes like the charm of old linear videos. Linear editing took so much work, I'm usually surprised stuff turned out as well as it did. For example, when Meri redid her Come with Me video, I really missed the old bad quality clips and inexact editing. Sure, the new one looked a billion times better, but the older one just seemed more charming... I nearly cried when my computer crashed and I lost that old version.
Any one still have it kicking around somewhere?

Yeah, the AMV thesis....that was me.

I've thought about "remastering" Kyoto Kombat and Liberi Fatali...although they would be more like "remakes", since I would be using DVD footage, and thus would have access to a LOT more footage (no subtitles) than I did the first time around
Kyoto Kombat will probably never happen, but Liberi Fatali is under serious consideration, especially now that the Giant Robo DVDs are coming out. Sooooo much good footage that I couldn't use the first time around because of subtitles.

I have no idea how to use this new forum.

Trigun videos are so overdone, but Zerophite's King Knives the Wicked has always been a favorite of mine. The story of the video was probably the best Knives profile out there. The timing was solid and the scene selection was perfect, but the video quality was really not so hot. A remaster is really just what this video needs.

My DBZ Rollin video, my Bud Commercial... hell even re-re-make my First Video.. some of the vids i made with 2 vcrs would be fun to remake.. I'd like to see one of vlad's gundam 0083 vids remastered. I considered asking him for an 80's project I was thinking about.
