Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

+1

Edit job is great but the promo side of the video sucks... It's already awful in a Smahut video when we know it contains often 30 or 40 seconds of team promo in a 3 minutes music video... So just a promo video (and not really a music video) seems me so empty :|
But in opposition with Lcy84 and Olw, you respect the aim of this video, it'll not change in a Nostromo promo but still an amvdefans promo video

great editing. nice vid.

the only thing that bother me is that the quality of your vid is representative at most of 5% of the vid on this website.

*me takes his calculator*
hm 5% of 120 = 6

Are you being sarcastic? :P

I counted (at least) 15 good creators (included those dead) so that's about 12.5%

Totally awesome vid ! Your speedy editing rocks, and our choice of music too  , as always...

Still, like Tyler said, the promoting part is a bit ... unwelcome.

Well, what's wrong with both of you?

I guess I don't understand what some of you are complaining about. This is a PROMO video! If you're not advertising something, then there's no point to it. This is not an AMV, but a video "trailer" about AMVs, so naturally it's going to be a completely different animal.

If anything, I really am glad to see somebody make a video like this - it's similar in design to those "commerical" videos shown on cable networks which they use to advertise the collection of movies they are showing for the season. This is the exact same thing. And I love it.
