I need help picking my song for my Kyo fruits basket video!

Alright, I am making a fruits basket tribute video to kyo (and kind of tohru too, but that goes without saying) And I am completely stuck between these two songs. I think they would both work REALLY well for Kyo and his situation, I just can't pick... And I was just wondering which was more "original" neither have been done before on the site, that I have seen. These are the two songs, and their lyrics. Thanks a lot! OH! And please do not take these video ideas... They mean something to me... Really.

Well even though I hate Hilary Duff, I would say you should use "Fly". Hoobastank is one of my favorite bands, but heres why you should not use them:

1.Hoobastank music probably won't go with Fruits Basket Well.
2.You should not shame Hoobastank by using their music in a
Fruits Basket vid.(just kidding)

Uh, "Fly" has been done 21 times and "Crawling in the Dark" has been done 131. You should do a super search first before saying something hasn't been done.

As for the idea...I don't know the Hilary Duff song, but the lyrics seem to fit. I don't like her music personally, but that song does seem like the better of the two.

Is the song upbeat? We really need more upbeat Kyou videos. Even if the lyrics are somewhat depressing, just having something with a good beat would be a positive change.
