Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

This is an atmospheric instrumental horror video from SH. But even being such, it promises to make more sense than the last one. It's suggested to watch this one at fullscreen in a darkened room, with either a properly equalized stereo setup or headphones.

anime: Requiem From The Darkness (aka Hundred Stories)
music: "Kaneda" as perfomed by Geinoh Yamashirogumi for the Akira: Symphonic Suite OST album
format: xvid/mp3 (57.4 MB)
downloads: direct currently, local if the mods allow it

The filesize is a little large for a 3-minute video, but should still be passable; Requiem has an excellent, excellent DVD print (just needed a dusting with smart smoother) and I wanted to push as much of that into the final distro version as possible.

Let's just say this made quite the viewing at 2AM at night...

This definitely gets a well-deserved "fucking awesome!" from me.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

hm ... definietly one of your weirder pieces; experimental and thus a bit strange (mostly because of the music) but I like it somehow though I don't really get the intention of it.

Not likely, methinks.

Anyway, this actually makes slightly more sense than that other horror video. You definately pulled off the horror atmosphere with creepy music and appropriately creepy/bloody shots. You know who's going to be seeing this one...
