Windows Media Player will never support Ogg Vorbis because Microsoft treats anything open-source as if it were venereal disease. There do exist DirectShow filters to split Ogg files and decode Vorbis data, but WMP will never, ever, ever officially recognize the existence of Ogg.
(As far as I see it, anyway -- they've had years to do so and haven't bothered.)
Winamp shouldn't have any trouble with Vorbis data, though.
