If that's true, I strongly suggest updating the AnimeCentral website/video entry page with that information. Most people would not know about that (who don't visit this forum), while others - like myself - resolved to not rush our projects and dismiss entering ACEN this year.

But .... thanks to this deadline extension ... I might actually make it!

how does that affect videos that would not have premiered at a con by the April 1st deadline, but will have by the new april 15th?

It will not affect them. That rule will hold to the original due date of April 1st.
