How 2 upload a video HELP!

im trying to upload a video, but i don't know how. I don't know this FTP thing that they're talking about. I don't have it on my comp. and i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i can download one and which one is the best to use. am i suppose to use the username and password they give me? pls can someone explain this to me. i would really appreciate it! Thanks!!!!!!

darn it. howcome everytime i try to go to ftp://kero.animemusicvideos.org it always says cannot display page. am i doing something wrong here?

Use an FTP client like CuteFTP to access the server instead.
