well that suck the should be a number on it saying 1 2 or so on then that how you read it

I don't know from which perspective you're talking about, so I'll try both.

My Opinions Given page

You can view/edit the opinions you gave to specific videos. You can also view opinions others have written for that video, which may have not been publically available. [You can view opinions of what others have written, if you've submitted one yourself. Similarily, you cannot view opinions that the creator has not made public, if you have not submitted an opinion.]

My Opinions Recieved page

You can view the opinions you have recieved and also edit your response to the opinion.
[You can use the method AmazonMandy suggested, but I personally find this way a little bit more quicker]

There's a maximum of two opinions that can be made public for any given video. If the creator has not chosen to make any opinions public, then all you'll get is the list of people who left ops, each a link to his/her profile. The only way to see those opinions is to leave one yourself; then you can see them under "My Opinions Given".
