Direct Link
You'll have to have uploaded your AMV somewhere else, and link the direct link on the Edit My Videos> Step 4: Links

....What? o.ovivalajoe89 wrote:Do you know how to switch it from windows movie maker to windows media player??
This is Windows Media Player
This is Windows Movie Maker
My assumption is that you want to know how to save the movie you created in Windows Movie Maker so you can play it back in Windows Media Player- if so:

It might work, it depends on what the computer's settings are. But if you're planning to upload videos on a school computer, you may have trouble - it can take hours to upload a video. You're better off trying a friend who has internet access and a home computer.Kuryami Hikari wrote:1.) Will an FTP work if the computer won't connect to chats?
I'm on a kriffing school computer. Argh.
If you're talking about anime music videos, this website hosts those for free. You fill in the vid information on the 'member main page' - the 'enter new video' link. Then you 'upload video' and follow the instructions.2.) Are there any good sites that will host videos for free?
I'm in high school and I have absolutely no money.

I know that this site hosts, but an FTP is needed, so that's why I asked.Arigatomina wrote:It might work, it depends on what the computer's settings are. You can download free ftp programs if you do a google search - I use "SmartFTP" - never had any trouble from it.Kuryami Hikari wrote:I know that this site hosts, but an FTP is needed, so that's why I asked.
But you don't even need an ftp program if you have Internet Explorer (or any other internet browser). Check Moonslayer's Guide to uploading:
http://www.angelfire.com/anime5/downloa ... deoup.html
That guide is also hosted in the "Guides" section on the member main page. There's a sticky, too, if you have trouble uploading - in 'Site Help':

Each time I try to uplaod my video clicking on the link given to me, the FTP folder times out, though. I'm gonna try it at home and see what happens.
Wish me luck!
