Like the title states, the rules are simple:
1. You op me before I op you.
2. There is no limit on filesize.
3. First come first serve.
4. I will do 3 at a time, when I'm done with those I'll do 3 more.
There are also some restrictions:
1. No Naruto videos.
2. No Evanesence videos
That is all I can think of restriction wise. Maybe I'll see some people from my first exchange thread from Wasted Years...
