Heh, that's how I am, too. I only pimp things for anime like DBZ or YYH - lower expectations. ;p

Godix - If it's my topic, I download everything that's being pimped and happily. Otherwise, I rarely click the links. <.<;



On-Topic - I've held two vids for over a year because I didn't have the ability to make them when I first thought of them. I was very glad I waited, since they turned out exactly the way I'd imagined them.

Usually I get an idea and find a way to make it possible if it seems 'over my head' to start with. I'll just obsess till I figure a way to do it. But I rarely get ideas for things I'm incapable of making. Most of the ideas I get are simple enough that any newbie could do them - I do them because no newbie has volunteered to do them for me. ;p

I'm exactly the same way. The thing that keeps so many of my ideas on the drawing board is time. Well that and lack of resources. In a situation like that option b) would be nice. However, I'd like to meet someone with more free time then me right now. Not to mention the know how and a shortage of their own ideas.

I go with c. I just do this for fun, I don't think Im going to impress anyone. I have a good time trying to get the video to say what I want, if I can't get it to work out I just go on to the next challenge. I'm not going to buy after effects or premier just to play with, so I'm slowly learning to use what I have.
