i have been have the same proble over meen years with my videos i use Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 i just got this one and i had the sameproble with Adobe Premiere 6 it when i extract the final video out of the project it becomes so big its like 1 g its in dvd Quality and i covert then into mpg but there stell to big for my to put on a web site it like 100mb-300md with dvd quality well can u help me as soon as u get this thx...

Get a good codec (I use XviD) or you can shrink the size of the video to 320 by 240.

Whats a good program that i can get the code Xvid to convet it to.....
and i tryed that befor it comes out the same

Premier cuts to XviD nicely. Make sure you select it when you press export timeline.
