gratuitous Rahxephon Motion Picture thread

Being the lazy bastard that I am, I searched the first two pages of active thread and found nothing on the RahXephon motion picture...I was just wondering what everybody though of it.

Personally...I think it is really good...of course, it may be different having seen the whole series, so I understand what is going on, and the things that they reveal to you are more interesting...

I would say I'll have to get the whole series soon...They are just so many good series I want to get my hands on...

Anyway...the coolest part in that whole movie...at least animation wise...is when quon bursts out of the casket she is in like a marianette...yikes, that almost made me tip my chair back...startling!

You saw the movie before you even saw the show? I wouldn't suggest doing that. The movie spoils an important fact right off the bat.

Haruka is really Reika in the show. Normally they don't say that until the end of the credits of the last episode.

That isn't a huge spoiler, but it answers an important question in the show.

nonono...I've seen the show...I was saying that if you HADN'T seen the series it would make a little sense as..well..the series...they depend on each otehr really...

Meh. I didn't care for it. If you're going to make a movie, then don't use footage from the show.
I didn't mind the different story line, but it just wasn't as good as the series.

I watched the movie ( i think) it was Quam the whole time talking about bull shit!
Reminds me of Rei I couldnt understand a god damn thing that the little bitch was talking about.
