I also have never tried a comedy video before, it seems like none of the rules apply to that genre and it seems too fast and loose for my taste. Heavy action and effects are weak points for me but I'm improving both of them.
That's interesting, as I would say character profiles are the easiest to do as the basis for the video, the character, is already created. All you need for a good one is to have something to say or focus on, some point that your video will make and then not get off track with other characters.Qyot27 wrote:I'd probably say that I suck the most at doing character profiles.

I have a hard time confirming to just one genre. all of my amvs incorporate diferent genres together. I seem to can't just make a Drama with no action for instance, or Action with no Drama. (AR.. heh) I also have yet to make a character profile centering on just one char for almost the same reason as above.

So in short you have a hard time not using all the good footage there is despite the conceptual flaws of doing so.Bakadeshi [AuN Studios] wrote:I have a hard time confirming to just one genre. all of my amvs incorporate diferent genres together. Re: Difficulty Editing?
Technically V_o_R isn't wrong to use "genera"... except that it's already plural, so "generas" isn't a word, and "genera's" is just blatant abuse of the apostrophe.Voices_Of_Ryan wrote:I'm not very good at the spelling "genera".Machine wrote:Learn how to spell "genre".Voices_Of_Ryan wrote:Do you have any specific genera's that you can't edit to?![]()
And what's a genus of AMVs anyway?
