Help im in a delema

I haven't gotten to see Mahoromatic yet, so I can't compare them, but I'll give my two cents on the Chobits anime. In short, it's not as good as the manga. The pace is slower, and there are at least three recap episodes (that seem like only filler to me). And the ending felt extremely rushed. Therefore, if you're judging right now based on their respective manga, you'll probably find the Chobits anime can't measure up. If I were in your position, I'd choose Mahoromatic.

My take: Chobits manga > anime. It has more depth. The series tends to have more fanservice. It's still good, just not great. You get to see Sumomo (Plum) all animated though ^_^

Those two are very good shounen romance series (unfortunetely the middle episodes are filler fanservice crap

). Mahoromatic does have a good amount of action scenes (Gainax style 8) )in the end, but Chobits has a serious amount of drama implemented in the end (CLAMP style 8) ). So it hard to say.
