Error Messages

I've been getting an error message stopping me from downloading locally reading:

ERROR: You are attempting to download this video too soon after your last download attempt."

It says too soon, but it's been about 3 days since my last attempt. How do I make it go away so that I can continue downloading amv's?

My friends computer has problems that just like that.

If its only that specific AMV that it happens too I can download it for you and send it to you via AIM
