Favorite Anime Music

Ever since I started watching anime one thing that got stuck in my head was the excelent music. Even though I dont speak japanese I still think the music is awsome. I personally enjoy the Inuyasha ending theme and the Outlaw Star ending theme. Sry but I dont remember their names? Anyway whats your fav anime song? Also can anyone tell me whats the best place to get the music from animes?

this might belong in the General Music section (maybe).
But anyhoo. Which Inu theme (there are many)?

A good opening theme is Texhnolyze's. Tis by Juno Reactor.
I like a lot of anime theme songs but I won't bother you my long list.

Suncoast is a good spot to get anime music. Or at least for me it is. It's pretty much the only place for me, since everywhere else either has a poor selection or doesn't carry anime soundtracks (at least in my neck of the woods).

Well, .hack//SIGN and BGC2040 both have hella cool soundstracks.

Yeah, there are many Inu themes... I preferably like "Every Heart" by BoA and "Dearest" by Ayumi Hamasaki.

But the anime tunes rule! Such as "Ride On Shooting Star" by The Pillows. As well as "The Real Folk Blues" by Mai Yamane. Too many to choose from! But I guess I favor mostly tunes from Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon, and the tunes from the movie "Endless Waltz" from the Gundam Wing series.

Hmm well my fave anime OST - Escaflowne the Movie.

I pick most of my cds up at conventions. Though some convieniently come with the dvd (like the Esca movie ost).

I like the FLCL OST. It kicks all kinds of ass.

The one thing that bugged me about the FLCL OSTs is that there weren't a whole lot of full songs. I mean, I'd rather hae the full version of the songs used, and not an instrumental fragment of it.

That being said, I think the soundtrack for Neon Genesis: Death has a whole lot of really weird (yet really cool) sounding string pieces. I wouldn't be suprised if the guy who did the soundtrack was somehow influenced by the Residents.

I also really the the End of Eva soundtrack. That music stands on its own quitte well.

I'm rather partial to Kotoko's "Second Flight" which is used as the opening for Onegai Twins.
