Hi!! Guys I really need help...!!!! Why everytime I use TmpgEncoder or something else to conver the .wmv files in .mpeg or .avi, I have a big change of quality?? In badderçççç? What can I do to do this conversions withouth changes of the quality?ççç
And.. I never used it, but I found in my programs (;P Searching trought the cdsXD) Pinnacle Studio V.9... What do you think of it??

well pinacle studio has long bein the most popular alternative for people who dont want to spend a load of money on something like premier and vegas. havent tried it personaly, but from what ive heard, its got a prety good reputation. and ya can get the altest version prety cheap, which is allways good

If you've got them because you're using Windows Movie Maker, try the "DV AVI (NTSC)" export option instead. This gives you a nice, big, high-quality (but not quite lossless) AVI file, suitable for converting to something else.
If the DV AVI export doesn't work... then the best you can do is make sure you're exporting to WMV with the highest possible quality/bitrate, and convert that. TMPGEnc's filters can also help with some of the macroblocking and other issues; I believe Fungie1/2's worked a lot with those.
Any time you convert from one lossy codec to another, you're going to be losing quality. That's why you always want to start with the highest-quality source you can, and make only the minimum number of conversions.
