multi shoujo dance mix

This video features a mixture of Cardcaptor Sakura, Rayearth, and Sailormoon set to a remix of Ayumi Hamasaki's 'Trauma.' It's a little vid, an xvid encode. And mostly it's just random action/dance since I have no idea what the song means. That would probably make it a gratuitous dance vid, or a pwp. ^_^;

Heh, I tried to get it small - the mpg version was 59mbs. I just have the absolute worst time trying to clean up Sailormoon footage. This was as good as I could get it without making the resolution even smaller. ^_^;

Shoujo anime and trance-y J-pop.

You should rename this AMV to "Guilty Pleasure-O-Rama" or something.

hmm...
I thought the video was too slow paced for the song... also some effects wouldn't hurt (looks pretty blunt), but this is just my taste. some specific cuts (if you go from one scene to another and then back again) fell out of the place as well.
maybe this is something were wmm limits alot of abilities again... ok I'll stop trying to get you away from it :P

but what an awesome song

No, it's not the editor, just me. I wanted sharp changes in colors (a lot of the scenes were done for colors, others for parallels between the movements of the different girls) so the fades were sparse. I did do beat-sync for the most part, but there were a lot of places where I switched off to sync with the lyrics (the sound of the words since I'm used to singing this song, not the literal meaning). It makes for a disjointed video if you're expecting only the beat=movement sync. That's not a denial, of course. I know I don't sync the way I'm supposed to, I sync the way I want to. As for effects - don't like them. ^_^;; Especially not with pretty colored scenes like these. They would have distracted me when watching the finished project, and I couldn't have that.

Heh, this was the first Japanese song I ever heard outside of anime. Definitely a fun one. ^_^

I'm glad you liked it - especially if you're not a fan of any of these anime. ^_^
