Theres quite a few homosexual characters in anime. The Electric Guy in Ninja Scroll, Gemma himself was bi-sexual. I was told that Devil-Lady had lesbians but they're crap a being lesbians. You also can't forget the drag queens, such as Julius from Cowboy Bebop and the Julius lookalike from the Cowboy Bebop movie (is it true that Julius makes a cameo in Wolf's Rain?) But yeah, theres quite a bit.

lol yeah but im saying i didnt remember them coz there really no bodys... im just glad i dont think of drag-queens in anime that were shown for less than 5mins in a 2 part episode

I'm not sure if you've ever seen Macross II, but there was a flamer with purple hair and nail polish and had effeminate manner of speaking. I didn't mention that before because I suspected not many people have seen that movie. Also the movie was rather a sorry thing to watch, espically if you're a macross fan. Also I believe James from pokemon to be a repressed

, then they'll just dress them up in drag. (eg. Cloud from FF VII, Kyle from Lunar, Gourry from Slayers, and Rune from Dragon Knights manga.
