so.. ummm,... so you can edit your message where you made a mistake at... like when you said something wrong that could have a different meaning with other people or spelling or something... sometimes it just happens, ya know what im saying? even if we have the preview button, sometimes you just wish you shouldnt have said that... i think it happened to me a few times when i forgot something to say and resulted on me double posting... anyways, people also should know if the message has been edited... somewhere in the message box there could be somthing saying "edited at (time)"... anyways, its just a little suggestion

Because, phade doesn't like it....use the preview to check, and if you do make a mistake double post.

Also if everyone is so tired of seeing this issue come up again and again please post and sticky a topic were it tells you issues that will be refused or already argue against and said "No" by the higher ups.

I believe Phade explained it to me as basically preventing people from flaming etc and being rude and then just editing the post to do away with evidence
